They have developed, executed and documented control functions in accordance with SOX, as well as substantive analytical procedures and tests of detail for Financial audits.

With her Masters in Accounting from the University of Illinois, this Financial Reporting and Accounting professional has significant experience in public accounting, SEC Compliance and reporting consulting as well as in house external reporting and accounting leadership.

A Senior Finance Executive with unparalleled experience leading the Accounting Operations for a Fortune 500 company after being a Senior Manager a Big 4 accounting firm. This business leader has proven success partnering with other Executive to draft business strategy, develop business processed and drive growth at the business unit level.   At the corporate level, this candidate has built shared service centers, implemented SOX, and re-engineered processes to drive hundreds of millions to the bottom line.
