DESCRIPTION:
Summary As part of the Finance Division, this position is responsible for managing the annual DFAST (Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test) submission, including overseeing balance sheet assumptions, PPNR, and credit loss modeling as required by the regulatory scenarios. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains appropriate documentation and support around the DFAST and control testing process. Partners with the PMO on pre-planning and developing the DFAST timeline and deliverables. Works closely with the treasury, business lines, model risk management group and internal audit throughout the DFAST process. Responsible for the DFAST public disclosure. Responsible for keeping up with the FED and OCC requirements. Responsible for the DFAST presentations to the various governance committees. Responsible for the oversight of SAS modelling documentation efforts. Develop models in SAS as needed. Focus on continuous improvement in the DFAST process. Complies with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree and five plus years related experience and/or training is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Position also requires: Proficiency in DFAST, banking terminology, modeling, documentation of processes and results, regression analysis, management reporting, and must have experience with financial reporting systems. Ability to work extended hours on a weekly basis, as needed.
