SVP/General Manager

An industry leading company in Chicago is seeking an SVP/General Manager. Reporting directly to the President, this is a critical manufacturing and leadership role that will bring production and leadership best practices to the company. Leaders with engineering or manufacturing excellence backgrounds are highly preferred. This role is responsible for the leadership of multiple department managers, complete operations ownership and providing critical planning and strategy insights to drive company growth and profitability. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant leadership experience. MBA preferred.
