Temporary Assistant Controller

A small but profitable manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an Interim Assistant Controller. Having recently partnered with a Private Equity firm with a proven track record of adding value to their partners, this organization is seeking to enhance their ability to provide meaningful insights to leadership and improve accounting quality. Qualified candidates preferably hold a CPA and experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses. Working closely with the CFO, this critical position supervises and is a direct contributor to timely and accurate financial statement preparation, management reporting, month end close and other special projects. This could become a permanent job in a couple months.
